It is all in the details...

Storm Cross Braced Frame
The most important detail about the Storm Chassis, is the chassis. The frame has been carefully engineered to give superior stiffness compared to existing designs at a minimum weight. The result is a car that is fast, easy to drive and responds well to suspension adjustments. With the Storm Chassis the suspension can do its job of keeping the wheels on the ground without speed robbing chassis flex. In addition, any upgrade in the shocks and springs will be reflected in the car's handling, not masked by chassis flex.
Aluminum Body
The body comes in a variety of stock colors, or it can be painted. The aluminum body will not shatter like fiberglass and can usually be bent back into shape after an accident. If replacement parts are required, you only have to buy what you need, not the whole fiberglass part. The side panel is broken into two sections so the front section can be removed without disturbing the nerf bars.
Stainless Bumpers and Nerfs
Stainless Steel bumpers and nerfs will not rust and will not require painting.
6061 T6 Radius Rods
These rods are ductile and will bend on impact and can usually be straightened in the hot chute. Unlike swaged radius rods that are marginally lighter but often shatter on impact resulting in a DNF.
Braced Left Birdcage
The birdcage is extra strong to resist bending... the chain stays on under racing conditions.
Removable Hood
The front panel comes off quickly with 3 quarter turn fasteners allowing rapid repair or adjustment in the hot chute.
Removable Left Side Panel
The left rear side panel is easily removed to make changing gears easy. This makes it easy to tune your car to the track when racing away from your home track.
Easy Grip Wheel
Steering wheel has foam surface that is easy to control with small hands.
Class Specific Set-up
Each Storm car comes factory set for the intended racing class. Your car is ready to win right from the start. In addition your car will come with a recommended setup sheet.
Integral Motor Plate
The motor bolts directly to the car's frame instead of an intermediate motor plate eliminating power robbing flex between the motor and chassis.
Deco or Honda
The Storm car can easily accommodate the Honda or Deco engine.
All of the details add up to a professionally engineered racecar that is easy to drive, easy to own and Fast .
